The applicant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions for the online course service of the E-Learning System as follows:

1. Sign-up for the online course service of the E-Learning System is free of charge.

2. For the benefit of the applicant, complete and accurate details must be provided. If the applicant’s information is found to be inaccurate, the E-Learning team will, without prior notice, suspend use by the applicant.

3. Upon completion of the sign-up, the E-Learning System will send a verification notice to the email address specified by the applicant. After approval of membership is granted, the applicant will receive an email containing username and password for login.

4. Any person falsely presents himself to be another person, or violates any privacy right by, without consent, using information of any other person to sign up for the membership in order to obtain a member’s rights and benefits shall be deemed to commit an offense and shall be subject to punishment prescribed by the law.

5. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that the E-Learning System will be entitled to all of the applicant’s personal information registered or provided through use of the website of the E-Learning System. In addition, the applicant must allow the E-Learning System to use the applicant’s information for any work relating to the E-Learning System.

6. The applicant must keep secret and secure the password and username for login. The E-Learning System shall not be responsible for any losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from any other person logging on the system by using the applicant’s username.

7. In case the applicant is a general public, must enter National ID number only

8. Agree to use personal information to disseminate training-related activities and submit reports to OIC.
